Experience Your Product and Service Regularly

I own quite a few home service companies so its not unusual for my wife to experience our company and give me feedback. Usually this is a painful experience as I tell her she is the client we don’t want. Of course this is done with a little humor but it is true. She is tough and expects excellence. The positive is she gives great feedback and I know if we can please her the rest of the world is a piece of cake. Whether it is your own family or a friend you should systematically have those close to you experience your companies product or services. You should seek and except their feedback. This simple exercise can so improve what you think are delivering to your customers.
